studio+ bundle
sample studio+ for audio, midi studio+ for MIDI — plugins and Ableton extensions both, lifetime updates.
standalone + VST3 / AU · Ableton extension · macOS / Windows · £39 with Full Access
sample studio+ and midi studio+ are two workspaces — standalone, a plugin in any DAW, or an extension that opens over your Ableton Live session from a right click and writes straight back into it. One turns a long recording into a folder of named, designed, and tagged samples; the other reads any clip’s key and chords, then reharmonises and processes them.
sample studio+
Turns one recording into a folder of named, tagged samples — and, as the Ableton extension, a track of every slice laid out in your Live session. Smart slice detection, an automatable processing editor, a four-sample layerer and machine-learning filing — slice, design, layer, export, in one pass.

slice the recording
Threshold, transient, grid, division, warp-marker or manual modes. Drag a dashed line over any slice to tune just that window — its own threshold, sensitivity, or sub-divisions.
midi studio+
Puts a harmony brain and iterative modulation engine wherever you work: see the key, chords and degrees of any clip — even audio — then flick through smart, theory-based suggestions, rebuild the changes with chord blocks, play with pitch and rhythm processing — and, as the Ableton extension, write it back into the session.

read the clip
The detected key with an honest confidence %, the chord over every bar with its roman-numeral degree, scale rows shaded, out-of-key notes flagged. Works on MIDI, drum grooves — even audio.
